Ho Tennis Club led by Lt. Col Selom Amengor trekked from Ho to Accra to outshine their host Sakumono Tennis Club 8-5 in a special friendly game tournament between the two clubs at Sakumono Tennis Club house last Saturday.

Ho Tennis Club dominated both the singles and doubles winning 4-2 in the singles and 4-3 in the doubles event.

In the ladies singles the home team Sakumono Tennis Club won all as NaaShika beat ButtahBoamoahEdem 7-2 and AugustinaYomak also defeated EdmanTagbor 7-1 but in the Men’s Singles matches visitors Ho tennis Club turn the balls aroundto win all the 4 games:Ismailia Lamptey ousting Frank Tawiah 7-4, George Heckson trashing BernardBortey7-0, EyiramBansah winning7-1 against Festus Alhassanand David Doyimahalso won 7-3 over Attram Edwin.

Col SelomAmengor (aka Ranger) paired with George Heckson to beat Biney/Stephen7-3. Amesu/Eyiram of Ho Tennis Club won 7-1 against Sakumono Tennis Club’s Broon/Baptist.
